            Challenges It has been particularly difficult to get staff on board; some staff found it difficult to see the immediate benefits of the taster sessions for their students, with timetabling issues being a particular concern.  In order to overcome the challenge of getting staff on board, the enrichment team at the college set up a pilot group of Travel and Tourism students who were allocated an hour of physical activity in their timetable – this was taken from the tutorial time the college has with its students.
